Commission TOS
-I have the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.
-The prices are base price. If the design of a character is too complicated, the overall commission price may rise.
-You must credit me visibly (profile, description in a video, etc).
-You may not use the commission for commercial purposes (advertisement, selling on merchandise, anything you would make money on such as monetized videos, etc) unless discussed in advance with me. The price for this will be higher than typical commission prices.
-You may not use my art to be used in anything involving blockchain or NFTs.
-You may not use the commission for promoting bigoted views (racism, homophobia, etc).
-You implicitly allow me to stream me drawing your commission. If this commission cannot be streamed, you must let me know in advance (ie it is a birthday surprise for a friend or an anniversary gift).
-I will be allowed to post your commission and show it as a future commission example.
General info
-Process is as such.
1. Submission of commission request.
2. Once I approve the request, I will confirm the price and and specifications of the commission.
3. I will work on the initial sketch. I will await approval, where the client can make as many changes as possible. AFTER THIS, ONLY MINOR CHANGES ARE ALLOWED, MAXIMUM OF 3.
4. After approval payment is due in full and, I will work on coloring/painting.
5. I will present the finished product to the client. Only minor changes are allowed now, which include: small design details that I may have missed, changes to some of the color, etc. I will no longer change poses, expressions, or composition, which would have been discussed in the third part.
-Payment through paypal, and will be done after the client's approval of the initial sketch
